Ranger Model 36, .22 short, long, long rifle cals. single shot bolt action rifle.  Serial #NSN.  Fair to Good condition.  24" barrel has good rifling, but is dark in the grooves, fixed front sight, rear sight is missing.  Blue finish has turned mostly patina from age.  Some areas of rust and light pitting.  The action works fine.  The left side of the receiver is drilled and tapped.  Clear coated smooth wood stock is in good shape.  Oversized metal butt plate extends down beyond the butt.  C&R OK.
